Molding Operations

To make sure you achieve the results your end product requires, we will work with you to choose the correct casting method, including green sand or no bake. We also will design a mold for you that assures the highest quality results. Test runs will confirm the accuracy of your mold before we begin mass production.

Core Room

Our Core Room deploys oil sand, shell, CO2 and Air Set capabilities to meet your requirements. Cores are used to make the interior detail of castings. Cores are sand held together with a chemical binder system.

Melting Capabilities

B.W. Supply will work with to select the iron alloy appropriate to your needs. We work with the following alloys:

  • Grey Iron: Class 25, 30, 40, and 50
  • Ductile Iron: Class 60-40-18, 60-45-10, 60-45-12, 65-45-12, 80-60-03, 80-55-06, 100-70-03, and 120-90-02

After casting your components, we move them to the cleaning room where we apply the finishing touches. These can include blasting, cutting, grinding and painting. Our cleaning room features the following equipment:
